These skillets are intended for large family gatherings where more cooking volume is required, or a single individual that is particularly hungry! Their size brings interesting challenges during forging and requires special care and a bit more, but welcomed, tedium when finishing at the anvil.

This is our favorite skillet at home, it perfectly cooks enough for my wife and myself.

Carbon steel skillet made in 12 inches. These skillets are faster to season than cast iron and a pleasure to use. Carbon steel is more conductive than cast iron, allowing better temperature control during cooking and the handle's length keeps it comfortable to use. A helper loop handle is added for better control and maneuverability.
